Yes! Almost impposible. Not sure how someone can do it without pulling the motor. The heater core tubes are blocking the bolts to the EGR tubes. Not much room to work."should I go ahead and get a new fuel dampener and regulator? "
If you have no fuel problem at all, then no need to replace them. Too expensive (close to $100 each!) "What else should I be doing while the plenum is off?"
Change all fuel/coolent hoses. If you are brave enough, polish the plenum yourself. "I heard extrude hone charges $800.00 is there a cheaper place?"
Not worth the money from what I heard. Gain is minimal. "I was wondering if ne1 knows a good place to take my valve covers to be anodized or powdercoated."
Buy some high temp paint and piant it yourself. Easy job.
